Nice and chill jog with Lydia post exam. Swapping today with fridays easy day as very mentally tired after exam + doing a hard session with post exams beers = ill af and don't want that.

Lavely bit of Pentlands with Eddie,pedinator and Nich. Beaut day for it and managed to get some terrain munching going for a fair bit of it. Feeling pretty back to normal now and ready for a good month of training after last months shocker.
