Running 31:00 [2] 7.0 km (4:26 / km)

First time I've run on Xmas day :O. Legs feeling good atm after lots of soft surface running. However, feeling a wee bit off recently as had a quite heavy night out on Saturday.

Strength & Conditioning 30:00 [1]

Sunday Dec 24, 2017 #

Running 33:00 [2] 7.0 km (4:43 / km)

swapped friday run with sunday so easy recovery today.

Saturday Dec 23, 2017 #

Running 2:05:00 [2] 16.2 km (7:43 / km) +1200m 5:38 / km

Sik run with Ambleside AC boys - Striding Edge (bit sketchy) and Helvelyn. Pretty chill pace apart from a bit of an effort onto the ridge.

Friday Dec 22, 2017 #

Running 21:23 [2] 3.97 km (5:23 / km) +129m 4:38 / km

Running 38:58 [4] 10.31 km (3:47 / km) +136m 3:33 / km

2 x 8 min [2 min] 4 x 4 min [1 min] on Birkrigg

Good session today compared to Tuesday when I forgot my inhaler - which felt like I was breathing out of a straw (altitude training). Faster paces and much more consistent, good buzz after finishing the session.

Running 14:02 [2] 2.7 km (5:12 / km) +43m 4:49 / km

Thursday Dec 21, 2017 #

Running 1:54:00 [2] 18.0 km (6:20 / km)

Easy long run with Hollie. Newby bridge - Summerhouse Knott - High Dam - Rusland and back. Good chat so this run flew by. Really soft ground so nice on the legs.

Wednesday Dec 20, 2017 #

Running warm up/down 39:00 [2] 7.7 km (5:04 / km) +250m 4:21 / km

Warm up waiting for Hollie which happened to be in the wrong place.

Orienteering 49:00 [2] 6.2 km (7:54 / km) +100m 7:19 / km

Night-O on Esthwaite Intake pre running LOC club champs.

Brutal - Green and lots of windblown unmarked, 5m visibility in places due to mist, an average headtorch and no controls out made this very trick indeed. But all considering it wasn't that bad, definitely at least few "i'm in the vicinity of the control site, this will do" moments though.

Running 15:00 [2] 2.0 km (7:30 / km)

To the start.
