Lavely long one in the Pentlands. Think we underestimated how much snow there was though, waist high drifts in places! Ewan turned to the bonk side with two k to go so me and Tim had to guide him back like guiding a man who had one too many pints at the pub. Nice and tired now though with half run chomping snowy terrain, perhaps change my cross training day to tomorrow to stop an Achilles snapping.

Took a while to warm into but going really well towards the end and managed to start sitting in behind Jack and then took some last rep glory on the last one.
