Coldy symptoms and a bit of a cough as well, at least its not flue... Not too bad but not well enough to train, only gonna take another step back. Sports Ball and Brother coming this weekend makes things a bit tricky as well. Will easy train if I can over the rest of the week if body feels up for it.
Seem to be having one good month followed by one shite month at the moment with training, mainly due to health reasons.
