Still trying to remain huge but running is slimming me down, dropped a kg since skiing.

Return to intervals:
4 x 3min [3min], 4 x 30s [2min]

The session was five reps of 3min but as it is my first session back since fuck knows? September? I decided it was best to do four this week and not overdo it. Paced the three mins nicely and was on the back of Tom and Max, tough work and was really having to push hard on the last one and strangley felt like my core was working overtime.

Had a bit more recovery than the other boys for the thirties so could really give it some gas, thought the last rep could of been mine but I was literally hit by a tsunami of lactic of which I've never felt before! It was actually quite laughable the feeling of not being able to do anything and watch the entirety of group go past hahaha. Spent the next ten minutes feeling like death was certainly imminent but buzzing now and loving being back doing a hard session, missed this a lot!
