Research project due in next week and also wanted a lie in for the first time in ages so gave the orienteering a miss today which was a massive regret because I really didn't do that much work haha. But hey ho, at least I got some good rest. Went for a blast around Birkrigg. Chose the only time the weather was grim and got some nice gale force winds and heavy rain to the face for the majority of it! Good to get out none the less.

Thought I'd come home and get a little bit of O in before BUCS next weekend. Very nice course and was remarkably (luckily?) clean from 1-10. Then the significant lack of orienteering i've been doing began to show and the sloppy tekkers came right into play. Either just overshooting or being too high or too low and a bit of nob routechoice going straight on 16. Probs lost about 3/4 mins in total but good fun all the same!
Big shift in uni from 9am-11:30pm getting group report done, fiarly organised this year so no 6am jobs like other groups. Meant there was no time torun yest and also hamstring niggling a bit after run on the treadmill so good to just rest.
Gym with Mr Sweeney getting the staples in chest, tris,bi's,shoulders and core hoooraah!

Lovely to be back running in a group after being bogged down by deadlines for the last few weeks! Wouldn't be my Attackpoint if I didn't brag about getting last rep glory... but oi oi you never lose your 99 Fifa speed! The result was me lying in the foetus position for a fair few minutes gulping for air like gulping a Friji after a 3 hour long run in the Pentlands... but totally worth it!
