Wet weather laps of the seat with a very unfit Jack on a fixie, good entertainment. Have zero cycling legs atm as well.

Lap of the meadows and then hermitage route with J Leitch, Gregor and AJ. Nice in the hermitage, legs feeling rather shafted though and calling for a rest day. But rest days mean chest days so all good. #OrienteeringsBiggestMan

Bailed from intervals and ran easy with Tim,Nobs,Pedley & Tam and then did a lap tempo (2.2k @ 3:27's). Train smart kids.

Jog around the meadows with various peeps. Tired legs unsurprisingly, 4 hard sessions last week. Might do a half session for intervals.
