3k Steeple Oi Oi

Running with a load of whoppers so came 2nd waheyyyy, the guy ahead of me had clearly done some steeple before so his tekkers was rather better mine even with my ascot style like jumping. Was eying like 10:30 but found there was like 5 jumps not 2 jumps per lap #weapon. Good craic though and a good day out. Got selected for the Celtics Games but nae chance I'm going to that.

Successfully got the biggest training volume on AP (out of my followers), there's ya dinner Ali Masson. Anyway need a rest day because my feet are littered with blisters and they are not healing with compede, so giving them a good air today,yum.
