Nice Sunday long run with Ewan and young Louis. Nice run out around B&B, first in a wee while.

5 x 3min on the Crags. A good bit of self talk to get through that solo grind, started to enjoy it by the end.

Catch up with the pro-Trump future Boysie superstar Mr Freddie C. Paced the lad on a 450m segmento so he could ruin his old school mates temporary Strava success. Good patter as always, this lad won't judge you #unconditional

Pollard session

4 x 150-200m stride

Absolute evening for it with sleet and rain. Very much a "there is a no such thing as bad weather only soft people session.". Body felt flat af tonight (HR only hit 167!) and found it hard to pick it up a gear but yaknow got some good work in at the end of the day, so you can't be too displeased! Reps all around 3:25 min/k.

Training has been going well at the moment but if I want to see some more gains I'll deffo need to up the mileage, however, don't want to blow my load too quickly and also my motivation is finite source atm so want to keep the balance right - but it's got to be said the Dashwood EwMc and Riggler Triathlon combo is deffo pulling me through. Looking forward to doing a bit of AP logging though. Touchwood I'll keep this up.
