Did this on the track......I know this is too fast. It just felt good to really push my cardio. I don't know what I was thinking. I would say my knee starts out at 100 percent and then the last two laps its at 90 percent. Next time I will increased distance and time

Hit up clackamas river trail...which ended up being paved...but it felt amazing. I mean very minimal, discomfort. I actually felt a little like I could stretch out for the first time. It was hard not to go a little further.....Tomorrow.

This is actually kind of misleading. I ran two miles in the morning on a trail and two miles in the evening on the track. Maybe this wasn't smart, but I increased my mileage without stressing my knee.

this felt good. I mean maybe it is a matter of rebuilding the mileage. maybe I am being a little gun shy. There was a little pain towards the end, but I am not sure weather it was normal running, my knees hurt pain, or not. I don't know I am being paranoid. Speaking of which this was on the track because the rain was so intense it made everything muddy

So today my knee was in a little bit of pain but running on a trail was well wonderful. What a revelation. Wow!!!! so much better than running on pavement

Couldn't find a trail to try out. It gets dark here around 3 so I think I found one, but I wanted to check it out early in the day. Anyways. This felt great!!!!A little stiffness afterwards, and very minimal soreness. With the exception of the fact that Ellipticals suck!!, this was great. Must mean I am making progress!!!1
