2500 meters --- 100 laps. Felt good. Long and strong. Always feels good when a buff guy gets in the pool and tries to out swim only to find my ninja skills kick the water thrashing. Hiya!!!

shoes: New Balance 760

Not sure how smart this was. I was a little sore afterwards, but iced it right away and the pain disappeared.

Series of 100's good strong pace.Found a swimmer who could swim at my level to push me. It was nice but he walked away at the 30 minute mark. Distance was probably 3000 meters

Class with Shelly...I focused on deepening my squats/lunges and improving my form.

Swimming (cardio workout) 40:00 [4]

1200 meters 200 warm up 50 cool down. The rest was sprints with lots of time in between reps and alternating strokes. kind of pathetic how much I have lost.
