So today my knee was in a little bit of pain but running on a trail was well wonderful. What a revelation. Wow!!!! so much better than running on pavement

Couldn't find a trail to try out. It gets dark here around 3 so I think I found one, but I wanted to check it out early in the day. Anyways. This felt great!!!!A little stiffness afterwards, and very minimal soreness. With the exception of the fact that Ellipticals suck!!, this was great. Must mean I am making progress!!!1

Most of this felt really good. Last lap was painful, but not to bad. Went home iced it. Feel fine. Should I run tomorrow?

Felt good..still knee felt strained, and I couldn't fully extend it mid stride without that funny feeling....I want back my long miles. this 1.5 is bs

Yoga with Brian.. His class is a lot like the pdx90 yoga.....Didn't run today. I just had this feeling like my knee needed just one more day.
