Ran along the river (counter-clockwise for a change) with Scott, crossing back over at the UR ped bridge. Picked it up gradually, until we were right on 7:00 for the measured mile, then about 7:15 for the next mile (that I didn't really notice until today was measured for some race).
Legs were still heavy from the weekend when I was walking to the Y, but they felt better in the middle of the run, then it go tough near the end (the tired legs being the limiting factor).

Snuck off for 30 minutes of range time after watching the start of Luke's first T-Ball game. It didn't move TOO slowly, but mid-year when they start using the pitching machine, things will drag out.
