Finally got out for 18 holes. Had a first ever in golf today, but it was not a good first. After 3-putting for bogeys on 8 and 9, I resolved not to continue that trend, and on 10, I didn't, I 3-putted for par instead. First time I've ever done that. I had a beautiful drive and hit a 4-wood from 220 yards, 16 feet past the hole (had to have been very close to the pin). I almost sank the eagle putt, but then it rolled 4 feet past and I missed the birdie putt as well. OUCH!
I wound up with an agonizing 44 putts on my way to a 96. It's a shame to score so poorly when I was hitting the ball so well for early in the year.
