P ~ 175 Did same basic workout as last week: 5 x 0.4 mi with 400m recovery (usually 200m walk 3.5, 200m jog 5.5, but 0.1mi/0.15mi after first and last. Went a little faster on the intervals: 6.8 mph, 6.9, then last 3 at 7.0. 3:31, 3:28, 3:24, 3:24, 3:24, so 26 seconds faster than last week.
