Decided to jump on the track today to see where I stand, and the results were not good, but not terrible. I did 6x400 with 400 after each (100m walk, 250m jog, 50m walk). 2:01, 1:55, 1:54, 1:52, 1:51, 1:53 The watch wasn't tight enough for the first 4 intervals, so the HR recorded too low.
