With Sierra going to States, we had one last practice at Webster Park. Decided to use the rollers, which turned out nicely, with the 200m mark turning out to be right at the fire hydrant and the 400m mark at the turn, then I was able to loop below the deciduous trees above the first pine, below the second pine, then turn left and finish stright up a nice little hill. Did 2, 4, 6, 6, 4, 2 after a 1 mile tempo from the half mile on the course to 1.5.

Biking 1:01:24 intensity: (56 @1) + (21:16 @2) + (33:52 @3) + (2:51 @4) + (2:29 @5) 18.51 mi (3:19 / mi)
ahr:127 max:142

P=160, C=79
Did the "Stampede ITT by HERD". Sadly, I learned that the Garmin Edge has been reading a higher power from the Wahoo trainer than the Zwift app gets, so I have not been putting up the power I thought I was, which explains why the Expresso rides were harder than I expected. There was a ride-in, then 4 loops and I didn't decay too badly:
13:30, 13:39, 13:48, 13:50
