My watch wanted me to do a 15 minute tempo run, with 10 before and after. But it thought tempo an pace was 9:35 per mile. So I chose to walk 1 min and run under that pace for 2 minutes, alternating at the end of each song. Did the Bunker Hill loop, so got 5x2 min in, and increased the pace on each one, from 9:34 down to 8:55. It was still 80 degrees when I started.
