HR was still 154 about 45 seconds after I finished the last one and had moved down to 4mph, so was probably over 160. Could not have done a fourth one, although that was never the plan.

Short run from Chris's parents before heading to the Bills game. Walked 30s every 5 minutes, but still averaged 9:33 pace, even after a slow first half mile when I was questioning whether I should be out, but things loosened up after that and I had some comfortable quicker stretches.

The Bills loss made for a LONG drive home.
