Went home and got some work done after the hash, but then went down to McGregor's to meet a few hearty souls that were doing a second hash of the day. Nice tour of the wetlands.
Stayed up late last night watching the Sabres game against the Ducks, but they actually won the shootout (it took 10 rounds). So, didn't manage to get up for a workout before getting Luke to track practice and heading to Buffalo for the NCAA tourney games. Then had to hang out in EA until Zach's flight got in after midnight.
Today was last full day of visit to Chelsea and Lucy, and we caught the Sabres game in San Jose - another disappointing loss. No formal exercise last few days, but step counts (when I had my phone) were:

Got to the hotel after midnight due to a delayed flight and had to head over early for the MIT Sloan Sports Analytics Conference, then was on the go all day and into the night, so yet another day off.
Didn't get up early enough for a workout before 8am meeting. Could have done something after 4pm as my 6:55pm flight is delayed to 10pm, but I had already checked out before getting notified of the delay.
At least my phone tells me that I hit my walking target for the fourth straight day.
