GTA - only Erik, Frank and JV today. Ankle held up ok, except when I caught my foot on a road crown, crossing a street. Only able to hang for about 3 miles, though they were only running 7:25s.

Tried out ankle on treadmill - didn't get worse while I was running, so that's a good sign. Didn't push my luck - kept it short.

Took it easy on the 500. The 100s and 200s were not a struggle, as they had been lately. My ankle shortened my pushoffs by about a yard.

Probably not a good idea to skate, but I'm $50 committed for the next 3 weeks, so I had to try. Ankle really only prevented me from working on my right-turn stops, and from pushing hard backwards. Lots of drills and 18 minutes of scrimmage at the end (before 2 last Herbies).
