Just a quick, 20-minute effort to clear the driveway - not that it is likely to stick around anyway.

Long day of Luke sports, so I finally fit in a run before his second hockey game of the day, from ESL. He had a tie game earlier, followed by two basketball games at Gates-Chili (the second was a physical 1-point loss, after an easy win over Brighton). This was after the Knights of Columbus free throw shooting contest, where Luke was 11-15, missing the last 2 and going to a tie-breaker round, where he made 3 and needed 4. So, an emotionally as well as physically draining day.
The final hockey game was against a AAA team from West Seneca that really exploited the lack of depth on Luke's team for a 9-3 win. It was nice to see that Luke had no trouble playing with these guys.
I did a short loop from ESL, and picked it up for about a mile while I was mostly on dry pavement. Other sections included snow-covered trails and other snowy areas.
