ROC Sprint at Mendon Ponds.
Coming off the reduced training and whatever other effects from Lyme limited my performance. I was pretty spent at the end, but was 2 minutes behind Gil.
Pretty clean race: C1 - a little too much zig-zag; C2 - went straight instead of around and was slowed going thru the ditch in the middle of the green; C7 - started out trying to head mostly S, angling toward the trail, but quickly bailed W when I hit some muck.

No w/dn because I hustled up to Penfield, skipping the score-o, to try to catch Luke's baseball game, since I missed Tue & Thur for XC Camp. Got there for the top of the 4th, which was the last half-inning, as Luke's team "mercy-ruled" Fairport.
First time in the pool since 6/25 (pre-Lyme), and I've lost about 6 seconds per 100 yards across the board. That seems similar to how I feel while running.
At XC Camp at Webster Park. Ran with Nick T and Rachel, since neither had training partners at camp. Fartlek workout - each of us led for 4 minutes, twice.
Tried to go for an easy run with Zach and Chelsea, but my groin starting barking very early. I tried to walk it off, but no good.

So, I jumped on "Chelsea's" bike. The seat's highest setting is still way too low, but I buzzed around the neighborhood for a bit, then went off and did the duck pond / Walnut Hill loop.
