Had some more driveway clearing today before heading to the Y, with Z.

Nice effort on Stormy Hollow. Season record by over 5 minutes, but 4:14 behind the facility record. I'll loop back around to this course after hitting the others and should be able to knock a lot of time off. (P=193, C=75)

W/dn with first effort on Proving Grounds video game. Picked up 12,951 points in 10 minutes. Went pretty easy and learned the hard way abput really staying away from the water. (P=147, C=67)

Took a few tries but the Y folks did get my workout set up to match the order of the equipment, making it possible to do the circuit and have it remember my settings, etc. But it took a bit too much time and I probably missed 2 or 3 machines after the random skipping around and testing.

A second straight day off - almost made the trip from Chris's parents house in under 5 hours, but had to stop for gas a couple of miles from home.

Serious snow in the drive when we returned home - close to a foot and a half. Nate helped for about 35 minutes before he headed off for the old wisdom teeth yankage, and it took Z and I another 40+ minutes to finish. And by finish, I mean one side of the drive plus enough of the other to get the Focus out.

1/3 factor applied to time...

Day off at Chris's parents' house - tough to get in a workout down there when I can't just tie my shoes and go out the door for a run.

Ravens Roost loop. Started to loosen up, and picked it up gradually. (P=171, C=79)

Was just going to do another easy loop of Evening Bliss, and started behind the pacer set to 130 watts. But then I noticed the lead time was 8:17, and the old guy that set the time had just sat down on the next bike, so I gradually picked it up and took down his time. (P=191, C=78)

Coasted for 2 minutes afterward for the real w/dn.

Chestnut Ridge Map Hike - got controls 1-9: 6-4-5-3-2-1-8-9-7

Had a lot of trouble with 4 - first I couldn't climb the other side after I crossed the creek and had to backtrack and go around, then searched both sides of the reentrant but found nothing. Finally, just before giving up, I continued all the way down to the spur and found the marker. I think the others went fairly smoothly.
