Nothing today - had to get up early to head to Luke's hockey game in Buffalo (they blew a 2-0 3rd period lead to lose 3-2), followed by lunch at Duff's, and back to St. John Fisher for Luke's hoop game (they lost by 10 against a team whose #00 threw a ball behind his back into another player's face after a play - no T called).

Nothing today - went to Chris's lunch at the hibachi place, then drove from work to Hobart for the indoor meet - nice work by the team there, including a couple of victories.

Oh Mama was the name of this course. Lots of up and down, so needed to stay focused. Pacer was 200 watts, but I had to average 205 to get ahead of him. True HR-max was in the 160s. (P=205, C=71)

This was going to be an easy w/dn on Rabbit Run, with the 160 pacer, but my Ghost went by me and so I had to take up the chase and got him by 5-6 secs. (P=194, C=74)

Easy recovery.

Did the Alpine Splash course, using the 170 pacer as a w/up. (P=177, C=70)

Rough Rider course with the 195 pacer. He was ahead by 11 seconds halfway, but I caught and passed him on the uphill during the sixth mile, and finished with a 3:02 final mile. (P=203, C=73) 67th %ile on overall leaderboard - best so far.
