Had some time to kill before Luke's baseball game (they lost 9-0, giving up 8 runs in one inning and only managing three hits of a VERY slow pitcher), and since I'm going to participate in the 4th of July race in Lancaster, as of yesterday, I decided to try alternating "super shuffle" / walk in 2 minute intervals around Buckland Park. Tried for virtually no impact during the "jogging" sections. Seemed fine - lower back / top of hip did get a bit "tired".
