An outdoor bike ride!

Not capable of keeping up the kind of intensity I can on the Expresso, but had some quick sections. Real hills are tougher on my hip than the fake hills with the smoother shifting. Also the mountain bike I was using does not have toe clips, which makes things tougher pushing down with the left leg.
