Biked over to Wickham Farms while Luke was hitting the pitching machines.

Biking 28:07 [3] 5.06 mi (5:34 / mi) +51m 5:23 / mi

Some more biking from the VIctor schools down to the Auburn trail, after dropping Luke off before his game. They gave up 7 runs in a mental mistake-filled 4th inning and couldn't come back. Luke got to pitch the second inning, giving up one run on a walk and no hits (2 errors, including the SS dropping a little pop-up).

Note
(rest day)

Tried to leave work early enough to make the Senior Day spiels at Zach's track meet against Thomas, but failed. The boys meet was quite exciting, but ended up a 72-69 loss with Nick Neamtu too strong an anchor for the Thomas 4x8. Zach put up a 9:54 to win the 3200 over Josh Goldstein (and a surprising Justin Vestri).

Note
(rest day)

Drove from work to Arcadia to see the last inning of Luke's one-run modified loss (missed his double), then hustled him to Penfield for the last couple innings of his little league team's comfortable win.
