Walking around at McQuaid Invitational and marking control locations for next Friday's Sprint Champs. Was off my feet briefly during the day, and legs were completely fried at the end. But woke up Sunday AM with minimal lingering effects.

Yesterday, surgeon said I am cleared to run starting 12/6 (6 months after surgery); today, PT says it's not clear whether I will be ready by then. Need to be rid of all limp signs, at least.
