Walk to the start, then wandering around the Yellow course and went out looking for Zach, but never found him as he lost his SID card during the race.

Many of the PT exercises after Luke's late hockey game, which was a hard-fought 1-1 tie with a Canadian team that was 2-0 for the tourney.

Covers most of my moving before and after the US Nationals - placing, checking and picking up controls. Event seemed to go pretty well, although we had some scary moments - controls arrived later than expected due to a weekend emergency, then workmen were trying to close up a fence gap (which has been around for years) that was an integral part of the courses that went on to the golf course.

PT session after work. Did a total of 23 exercises - one new exercise is reaching out sideways with foot - 2 sets each side until fatigued.

Went to the XC meet at Basil Marella, so I had to get across the field relatively quickly 4 times (modified and boys races) in order to complete a minimum acceptable amount of cheering. I was very careful, but this is a violation of orders (although I was told I could run in the event of emergency, and I thought this qualified).
