Another swim at the outdoor pool before heading over to the Miami area for the game.

Arms were heavy from yesterday during the last half of the 500, but then got better.

Went for a walk after arriving on the east coast of Florida. Walked over the bridge to Singer Island and after a while saw a public path to the beach, so I waded in the Atlantic briefly before walking back.

This should have been entered via my Garmin, but it seems to be missing. I may have left it at Patty's sister's house somehow. I put it in my bag after the walk, but haven't seen it since then. edit: it was hiding in my bag, so I redid this entry.

After arriving in Englewood, Walt and Patty took me over to an awesome outdoor pool for an evening swim. The water was great - the use geothermal heating to keep it at 82 degrees, and they use some sodium something instead of chlorine. Much faster than I have been swimming.
