Wanted to get in the triathlon-ish thing, but didn't have much time left, even after cutting the biking short, as the Y was closing.
Got HR above 145 on this.

Walt and I unburied my car and cleaned up so more of the driveway, with the storm finally winding down. Apparently East Aurora won the NWS volunteer observers measurement at 90.5 inches.

Went in lower gear (14 on flat) and after initial w/up, tried to go 80+ rpm. Legs got more tired with less result, but good to work the turnover.

The strength and conditioning coach said he usually does this course, so I figured I'd try to put up a decent time on the leader board. Got my pre-surgery PR by 4 seconds.

Animal Adventure for 115,841 points. There was a bug that let my 4x speed stay up for longer than 30s at a time. Cadence was negatively impacted by all of the cliffs.
