Was just going to loosen the achilles up before jogging, and fouser at 16:18 would have been a nice target, but the leader was sitting at 15:45, so I had to go after it, and succeeded.

I think I'm still feeling a bit of the overuse on Sunday, but did not decay as I increased the speed, so I continued. I'm calling the 7.2 and 7.3 mph segments level 3 for now, as I think my HR was in the 150s and 8:13 pace is probably more like level 5 as I could not run a 5K at that pace.

Went an extra 2 seconds on the last one to make it an even 2 miles.
