Forgot my Garmin, so I tried using my phone to keep track of distance and time. I was able to save a GPX file, so I tried uploading...

Jogged about 0.43 and walked about 0.07 times 6, then just walked in.

Flour City H3 at Powder Mills Park. Trail included a stop at the usual sledding hill, but there being no snow, there was no sledding. Included a couple of swamp crossings, and I sunk in past my knees on one of them.

Walking around the Freezeroo course at Webster Park while Walt and Patty competed. It was 57 degrees when we left home but down to 41 after the race, while the rain started and grew heavier throughout.

Traveled back from our Lucy, et al, visit. Walt picked us up at the ROC airport (since we had flown out of BUF, our car needed moving), too tired to think about a workout, so we went to dinner instead.

Jog/walk on the Stanford Dish trail. Nice, hilly loop, and the uphills were tough running, but much better than the downhills that had my hip complaining. Luckily, I caught up to Christine, Chelsea and Lucy (strolling) at 3.33, so I was able to just walk in with them - the loop had been advertised to me and Luke as 5K. He ran the opposite direction, so I was able to see him in the middle.
