ROC Meet at Cumming Nature Center - 3-hour Score-O

Walked around the course with Christine, before dropping her at the parking lot to go across the street for 3 controls. Lost time on the first control because there was an unmapped bridge, and on the third control as I misread the map and Chris had to point out where we probably were.

Most of the rest went fairly smoothly with the exception of a leg that crossed too much "almost marsh" that had clumps of earth raised above indentation that made for tough going, and one other control where we missed, but somehow hadn't passed any small streams that should have kept us on track distance-wise.

Straight from work to the Monroe County JV Champs, which ended too late to get a swim in.

Luke ran the open 800 in 2:13, to win his heat comfortably (he went out in 70, back in 63), but the last heat was faster. He then had the fastest split (56.3) on the 4x400 relay that won overall from the slow heat. They were all 56.3-57.2.
