Got home just in time to celebrate Luke's 16th birthday, so no workout today. Also, feeling a bit ill, so it was best to rest.

Saw my surgeon this AM ahead of next Friday's surgery and his last comment was how I had rode the hip into the ground. I guess that's a good indicator that I shouldn't be waiting any longer.
