PT guy came by at 12:15, and added 2 more standing exercises. Repeated all at 4:30.
Routine was:
Ankle pumps, quad, glutes, heel slides, ankle raises, bridges and hip abduction
Knee lifts, hip abduction, lift leg in back, move leg back with knee straight and waking along counter.
Seem to be making great progress, focusing on using left hand only for support, so I can transition to cane. Surgical hip is supporting weight much better than 3 years ago at this time.
