Almost a full set in the AM, then lying exercises only before bed (and couldn't manage hip abduction).

Walking 40:00 [1] 0.67 mi (59:43 / mi)

Walk (on crutches) with Christine while the boys were doing the BFLO orienteering event at Sprague Brook. Distance is an estimate, but included a decent amount of climb up the road from the start area.

PT guy came by at 12:15, and added 2 more standing exercises. Repeated all at 4:30.

Routine was:
Ankle pumps, quad, glutes, heel slides, ankle raises, bridges and hip abduction
Knee lifts, hip abduction, lift leg in back, move leg back with knee straight and waking along counter.

Seem to be making great progress, focusing on using left hand only for support, so I can transition to cane. Surgical hip is supporting weight much better than 3 years ago at this time.

Only did 2 sets of the 7 lying and 3 standing exercises, trying to not overdo it with the walk. One set in the morning and one before bed.

Luke drove me over to Thomas, so that he could do his workout in the heat of the day. It took me longer to walk around the track than for Luke to do 2x1mi T with a minute (plus) recovery.

3 sets of exercises. First set at 10:15 with PT in home guy, then a set before dinner, and before bed. Up to 10 exercises now, and got up to 14-16-18 reps for most.

Ankle pumps, quad sets, glute sets, ankle lights, heel slides, hip abduction and bridges while lying, and knee lifts, hip abduction and walking along counter while standing.

Didn't make it outside today, but did move around quite a bit inside. Did the PT exercises 3 times today, going from 14 to 16 to 18 reps.
Ankle pumps, quad squeeze, glute squeeze, leg raises, heel skidded, hip abduction, and bridges.
