400 w/up IM order (50 swim / 50 kick)
20 x 25 on 35 breathing every 5th - mostly 20s, with some 21s sneaking in
2 x 200 (100 free / 100 back) - Russ got way ahead on free, but I caught up on back - 3:22, 3:23
6 x 50 on 1:10 - all 42s?
400 no touch turns ~7:40
20 x 25 on 35 (normal breathing) - mostly 22s, drifted to some 23s, but finished 21, 20, 21
4 x 50 - with 6 pushoffs and kick back in, between each
200 w/dn
The w/up was my first 50 fly in ages, and the kicking was without fins and soooo slow (over 1 minute per length for fly and free).
