Running around Bowdoin Park during Luke's Nike Regional race, then left the watch running. Was moving quite well at times!

Had troubles with both calves, very close to the knee when I started running around for the EA Boys race at Nike. Had to back off quite a bit.

Running around during the Webster GIrls race - I guess I did not save the tracks.

Running 56:51 intensity: (21 @1) + (2:19 @2) + (14:46 @3) + (13:46 @4) + (25:39 @5) 5.07 mi (11:13 / mi) +31m 11:00 / mi
ahr:150 max:182

27th consecutive finish of the Buffalo Turkey Trot, as well as my first official post-surgery run. Took walking breaks at 0.75, 1.25 (after a ridiculous rollerblader, going the wrong way, almost took me out, straining my hip/groin to avoid her), 2 and then every half mile.

Didn't think I could keep it under an hour, but did.

John and Luke skipped the race because of Nike, and Brigid was off in Japan, but good turnout nonetheless.
