Late lunch swim. The old-school pace clock was gone - must be broken and lifeguard wasn't sure if/when it would be back/replaced. Luckily I had forgotten to take off my watch before swimming.

(rest day)

Didn't remember to do my PT exercises, but I did spend quite a bit of time following Lucy around the house, during The Gathering, since all the kids were playing with four of their friends and Christine was finally out Christmas shopping for her family. She does a rather random mix of walking and crawling.

Ran inside the field house after work to avoid the single-digit temperature. "Ran" 2 laps, then walked a half lap, 5 times, then jogged to make it 3 miles.

Well, the traditional Christmas run was cancelled after Lucy, then Chelsea, then Luke L each fell ill. Eventually Walt and Patty started walking the route, dropping Patty off for a nursing home visit, so I suited up and ran after them, alternating jogging and walking, and doing some backtracking after catching up.
