Biking 10:00 [2] 2.15 mi (4:39 / mi)
weight:175lbs

P=90, C=69
Outpost - Tactics, 89,102 Points
My gaming in April allowed me to unlock my first level 3 game, so I went with that as a w/up. Went quite easy after yesterday's race.

Biking 27:00 [3] 6.98 mi (3:52 / mi)

P=143, C=70
Was going to just ride with the 150 pacer, but when I saw the leader board part way thru, I had to give enough effort to beat the 27:15 second place.

Biking 10:00 [2] 2.22 mi (4:30 / mi)

P=101, C=63
Coin Toss - Tactics, 63,544 Points
Wrapped up with some more easy gaming.

Biking warm up/down 2:40 [2] 0.5 mi (5:20 / mi)

Billy Goat XL at Blue Mountain park.
Ran with Patty and we had quite a train early on. We got to C2 and passed Zach who was standing on a rock waiting for Nate and Kira.
We broke from most of the crowd (except Erin and 1 other) when we decided to go wide right on trails to C10. I really hustled on the trails but we didn't gain anything on others who went left.
We led a train into C15 and they followed my zig and premature zag to C16, but we just had to go up one more level. Lost sight of everyone when we went right to C17, then stumbled on a couple of people on the trail to C18, and then Zach caught up to us.
I, somewhat foolishly, decided to skip C19 because I just didn't see a good skip and I thought C23 left was C20. Since I liked 23 left, 24 would have been a good skip.
It was good to have Z for C21 because the rain had started and my glasses made it tough to see the smaller trails.
We took the trails wide left to C23 and caught up to the Mitch/Breton pack (Zach went zipping past them).
I had trouble with the uneven stuff to C24, but caught them on the road to C25. But that was all I had and Bernie had another gear for the finish.

Was able to get in another Friday AM swim before work. Kept it easy as my left calf is still on my mind, and I'd like it to get thru the Billy Goat.

Dirt Cheap #2 - moved to Durand Eastman
I guess I never got a GPS lock on this. I had no intention of doing the race at all, because of my calf, but Zach was running so I went. Since I felt OK when I got there and did some PT exercises for a w/up, I went ahead and started. I took walking breaks at 5min and 10min, then walked up all of the hills. When I got back near the start, I decided not to push my luck and just took the trail back up the hill to the finish area, arriving shortly before Z got back.
