Walking over to the pilot plant to use the locker room. Did not record the walk back.

Running 35:34 intensity: (11:51 @1) + (11:11 @2) + (7:54 @3) + (4:38 @4) 3.04 mi (11:42 / mi)

A little lunchtime jog/walk - went 2 min / 2 min. Started easy, and made an effort on a couple of the intervals after I was feeling fine. After I got back to my desk, I realized I do have a little of the hip and lower back (right side) pain like last week, but at least it was not at all noticeable during the run this time.

Got home and found out Luke had a concert tonight, which was quite good (and he was up for two solos), then watched the last two periods of the Sabres, which was quite bad. As Luke pointed out, you can't lose to the worst team in the league when you are the worst team in the league, as the Sabres have been since their fall from first place at the end of November.
