Note
weight:184lbs (rest day)

Brought stuff to run at work, but didn't have a full hour available for lunch, so I ate with Christine. Then I thought I would run on the way home, but I got stuck at work past 5. Then I thought I would run on the way to Luke's concert at 7, but no, and then I had to do more work at home after the concert, so a day off was the result.

This was the weekly course. I beat the local leader soundly by staying ahead of the 175 pacer. But I was 24 seconds slower than when I did this course in March.

Running (Spectating) 51 intensity: (47 @1) + (4 @2) 0.05 mi (17:06 / mi)
ahr:113 max:124

Watching Luke's 400m race - officially 51.6, although I had 51.4. The Penfield kid got by him early, but Luke got closer in the last 200 by overcoming the stagger disadvantage on the turn, but not close enough.
6 PM

Running (Spectating) 3:45 [1] 0.11 mi (34:06 / mi)
ahr:90 max:107

Watching the 4x400m relay. Luke anchored in 52.9 despite running after the 3rd kid ran 62+ and completely ending the race.

weight:184lbs

~4:10/8:20
1:36,36,35,34,33,31
6x50 kick
200 easy

Had to wait over 20 minutes to get in as 2 guys skipped a shower, violating NYS law, and just beat me to the pool. One guy was swimming 40 second lengths, with long breaks every 25 or 50 and the other guy was slower and swimming half as much.
