CNYO Summer City Series at some park.

Basically a long Sprint course which was fine for me, despite my slowness. Not sure if they will post results someday. I lost several minutes at C11 as the pit was not where mapped - there was a small depression there with no flag, and a nice pit farther right, but no flag, then I lost my glasses in the weeds for a bit before finding the flag at a pit that was definitely too far left.

Ran the old rail trail in the Poconos, mostly doing 1 min walk/3 min jog, just trying to keep the jogs under 10 min pace. Picked it up on a late interval and that wiped out my right hip, so I had to coast in. I was fine driving home later, so no damage, it's just not ready for 8min pace late in a jog.
