Annual Christmas morning run. The entire McLaughlin clan came down and we had all three of my boys, plus Christine, and Patty. Walt took enough of a head start that no one caught him.

I joined Christine when we got to Linden and we stayed together until she veered off at North Grove, following the injured Marta. I picked it up a bit and rejoined her when I hit Sycamore St.

My ghost said that its power was in the high 150s so I set the pacer to 170 and planned on a moderate ride, but my ghost got over 20 seconds ahead and I had to walk it down. I had only done this course once before so I got a PR. I now just have one course left to get them all in 2019, but it is the 18.3 mile Ascension course that took me 68 minutes in 2013 at 203 power.
