P=154, C=61 Easy ride at lunchtime, just to get something in, since I have VB this evening. This was the ride of the week, so didn't leave time to play games.

First match in the new season for Tuesday nights. Dropped all 3 games, and all were close. They had just plowed the court, which was great for the bottoms of my feet, but was tougher to move on the more uneven surface.

On the treadmill at the Y, but there weren't two free next to each other, so not with Christine. Started out with 1/2 mile w/up going from 5.5-5.9 mph and walking 0.08 miles, then since the bottoms of my feet had been sore all day from beach volleyball last night, I just started back at 5.5 mph and went up 0.1 every 0.1 until I didn't want to go up anymore. That ended up getting me to 7.2 mph and covering 1.8 miles in 17:07 and allowed me to catch up to 10 min pace. I walked another 0.09 miles, then went back after 10 min pace by going up 0.1 every 0.1 starting from 6.0, and it took me 0.9 miles and up to 6.8 mph to get there, before backing of for the last 0.13 miles to get to just over 3.5 miles in 35 minutes.
The other team didn't show, except one guy, so they forfeited one game after 5 minutes and the other two after 10 or 15, so the ref joined us for some 4v4. Then the other team, with some subs showed up, so the ref let them un-forfeit two games. We blew a small lead in the first game, then the second game was close the whole way, but we lost 25-23.
I was able to actually hit from the middle tonight as my timing is adjusting to my new leaping limitations, and I was able to hit with either hand again.
