Coaching 26:36 intensity: (4 @1) + (1:17 @2) + (6:30 @3) + (4:22 @4) + (14:23 @5) 1.18 mi (22:33 / mi) +14m 21:46 / mi
ahr:152 max:174 weight:170lbs

Varsity Boys race vs. Fairport at Minerva. They ley Jon lead for the first half of the race, but then took off. Jon caught 2 of their top 7 late and Nick caught one, so it was not a 15-50 loss.

Coaching 22:40 intensity: (3:38 @1) + (4:37 @2) + (2:31 @3) + (2:08 @4) + (9:46 @5) 0.77 mi (29:27 / mi) +10m 28:15 / mi
ahr:144 max:180 weight:170lbs

Varsity GIrls race. Sierra had some side stiches going so Shelby was able to win and set the course record in 19:45. And Sofia took 6th, so we forced Fairport to take 27 points, but Maddie struggled and our fifth girl is over 25 minutes, so we scored 32.

Coaching 24:14 intensity: (37 @0) + (12:52 @1) + (8:36 @2) + (1:55 @3) + (14 @4) 1.41 mi (17:12 / mi) +24m 16:21 / mi

Coaching 33:17 intensity: (1:30 @0) + (27:02 @1) + (3:42 @2) + (39 @3) + (24 @4) 1.48 mi (22:29 / mi) +11m 21:59 / mi

ahr:147 max:169 weight:170lbs

Went over to Minerva after work to check out the course for Saturday. It's a pretty decent course for such a small middle school campus.

Shuffling 19:09 intensity: (1:39 @1) + (4:09 @2) + (11:21 @3) + (1:49 @4) + (11 @5) 1.28 mi (14:58 / mi) +4m 14:50 / mi
ahr:132 max:162

Checking out some spectating options for Saturday, and scouting for a potential future hash.

Hard Core 6:00 [3]
weight:169lbs

Not recording the (limited) running I did at practice today, but I did some core exercises at home. Magic number 10, up from 8 last week.

Biking 1:06:01 intensity: (4:58 @1) + (4:28 @2) + (11:37 @3) + (35:12 @4) + (9:46 @5) 16.75 mi (3:56 / mi) +72m 3:53 / mi
ahr:141 max:170 weight:167lbs

After work I biked up to Webster Park for the end of practice, then back home.

Coaching 56:30 intensity: (2:58 @0) + (19:18 @1) + (3:47 @2) + (4:47 @3) + (6:42 @4) + (18:58 @5) 3.15 mi (17:56 / mi) +11m 17:45 / mi
ahr:128 max:179 weight:166lbs

Morning practice at Whiting Rd, due to Columbus Day. Tossed down 200m marks on the 1000m route that Coach Klehr had wheeled yesterday. My pace count and Garmin thought it was just a bit short.

Biking 21:32 intensity: (15:25 @1) + (5:21 @2) + (26 @3) + (10 @4) + (10 @5) 4.69 mi (4:35 / mi) +12m 4:33 / mi
ahr:106 max:165 weight:166lbs

Since the Bills game was postponed, I could do the hash. Since the hash was in Webster, I decided to bike over to it.

Hashing 1:13:30 intensity: (2:57 @0) + (28:44 @1) + (26:00 @2) + (13:12 @3) + (2:35 @4) + (2 @5) 4.45 mi (16:31 / mi) +14m 16:21 / mi
ahr:113 max:155

RH3 from Town Hall Park. Similar to a sparsely attended hash last winter, except backwards and with enough variation to keep it interesting.

Biking 21:04 intensity: (5:28 @1) + (5:46 @2) + (9:06 @3) + (44 @4) 5.08 mi (4:09 / mi) +25m 4:05 / mi
ahr:123 max:150

Biking home with a detour thru Schroeder to check on the track progress. It looks all leveled, and the cement for the steeplechase pit is in place!
