Went over to Whiting Rd after work and was able to swing by the end of practice during the run (/jog/walk). Went for an hour by doing roughly 3:15 jog / 45 secs hard / 1 min walk cycles (well not quite an hour after backing out the team visit where my watch was running).
Good thing I know the park so well. As it gets dark early (especially with heavy clouds and thick trees), it was impossible to stay on the leaf-covered trails in the southern section of the park, so I really had to wing it. With the ear buds playing some 90s alternative, I felt like I could have gone a whole lot longer.

Went to the Big Field before the Bills game. Forgot the Garmin and the FItbit overestimated this as 4.05 miles. Ran thru the Meadow trail and Big Woods, out to Pellet, back to the Meadow and around the Big Filed to Vosburg nature trail to Hojack and in from Drumm.
Billls game ended with the Bills inside the Jets 20 and Bass 1 FG attempt from tying the NFL record of 9 attempts.
