Ran from home due to the narrow window between work and the Sabres game. Went with alternating 250 steps hard at the start of one song with 45 seconds walking at the start of the next song, with jogging for the balance of each song.

Had to take the day off as, after work, I drove over to the Bills stadium and back to get my $63 Covid test done in order to eligible to go to the playoff game Saturday night. We managed to snag tickets at the 45 yard line!
