Had just enough time for a 30 minute workout on Chelsea's Peloton. Mostly just 30 second bouts, but a few 60 seconds later. Many were above 325W, but the recoveries were far too easy.

Another day off as I worked in the AM (not easy after visiting Arriba twice yesterday), then visited Brigid's soon-to-be place on Lake Ontario before flying out to San Jose.

Easy bike ride up Creek/Bay to Lake-Vosburg and then Hojack trail to Holt and back via Ridge/Empire. Legs were heavy from the last two days and luckily my Garmin charge was low so I had no incentive to go quick.

The best part of the vaccine progress was in full effect this evening. Almost everyone I passed was smiling and gave a greeting - a long way from the past year where people look straight ahead or down lest they look in your direction and send corona flying at you.

CBH3 from Ellison Park, set by Dancing Fool and Crunch. We avoided some of their early swamp work because we lost flour, but later there was plenty of shiggy. Only 3 of us out and Robin Wood dropped early so only Messiah and I went the distance.
